Police are investigating the death of 50 year old woman who died at her Rewa street home after attending parties at night clubs in Suva early this morning.
Police confirms the woman and her son went to nightclub but the deceased returned home early.
The son returned home at 4 this morning and found his mum lying on the floor with blood coming out from the back of the head.
Police have not ruled out foul play as yet and have taken the son in for questioning.
The post mortem examination of woman is expected to be carried out tomorrow.
