Samabula Police are looking for a man in his early thirties who is alleged to have shared money stolen by a 16 year old of Jittu Estate in Vatuwaqa.
Crime Officer, Inspector Mansoor Ali said a 16 year old youth allegedly stole more than $25,000 from his father who is a businessman, and later shared with his three other friends.
The man is on the run after this incident.
Police had earlier arrested and charged the youth and his two other friends with conspiracy and larceny and they are expected to appear in court on 6th November while the youth will appear in court on 3rd November.
Police are calling for more information from members of the public.
