The Police headquarters is currently awaiting the full report of an incident involving two Fiji 15s rugby team officials in a drinking party a few days ago.
Police spokesperson, Ulayasi Ravula only said that they can only confirm at this stage that there was a complaint of excessive noise where the Fiji rugby officials were staying. Other details are now being sought from Sigatoka police before further action is taken.
The FRU has confirmed that it is now looking into the allegations.
FRU Chief Executive, Ratu Timoci Tavanavanua said they have received several reports and will deal with the matter and those allegedly involved should the allegations turn out to be true.
He said nothing further can be said at this stage.
