The Fiji Police Force's Drug Operating team will now comb the highlands of Serua, Namosi, Ra, Ba and Naitasiri for drug farms.
Officer-In-Charge Drugs ASP Sakeo Ganivatu said they are now trying their best to eradicate drug problems in Fiji and apart from Keyasi and Navosa these areas are also being used for drug cultivation.
Drug raids were carried out in the highlands of Navosa as part of police operation Yadra Viti Tolu and Marijuana plants worth millions of dollars were uprooted.
A number of farmers who were previously cultivating drugs also assisted police raid the farms.
