The Fiji Rugby Union is liaising closely with the Fiji Police Force to confirm whether the fourth Farebrother challenge between Nadi and Naitasiri will take place tomorrow as planned because of the bad weather currently experienced in the western and the southern divisions.
Speaking to Fijivillage, Deputy Director Police Operations SP Erami Raibe has confirmed a meeting will take place between the two parties to assess the situation.
Meanwhile, police have also confirmed that the Naqali Bridge, the only route for many of the Naitasiri supporters to travel through if they want to travel down to Nadi is currently four meters underwater.
The Naitasiri versus Nadi match kicks off at 3pm tomorrow at Prince Charles Park and you can catch the live commentary of the match on our sister station Viti FM.
