Police are expected to take Ousted Prime Minister, Laisenia Qarase's statement today on his treason complaint.
A senior officer at the Raiwaqa Police Station has confirmed Qarase will be coming to the station to give his statement as indicated by the SDL Party.
So far police have collected the statements of Ted Young, Samisoni Tikoinasau and Mere Samisoni.
Meanwhile, Director CID SSP Tevita Lesu told Fijivillage News on Tuesday that all the statements obtained will be forwarded to the Commissioner of Police who will make the final decision on investigations.
Commodore Teleni has already made it clear that no investigations will be carried out.
