Police have completed investigations into the accident in Lomolomo Savusavu which claimed the lives of two people last month.
Director Traffic SSP Ramend Raj said they were not able to question the driver who after the accident was also admitted at the hospital and later the driver left for Western Division.
SSP Raj said they will be able to determine their next course of action after questioning the driver.
Two people died in an accident after a digger that was loaded on a ten wheeler truck fell on the vehicle driven by a 27 year old man. The driver died at the spot while the other man died a few days after the accident.
