Two police officers were injured early this morning after they were attacked by some robbers in Princess Road, Tamavua.
Director Police Operation, SP Erami Raibe told Fijivillage that these officers were chasing four robbery suspects when the suspect's turned their vehicle around and collided head on with the police vehicle before attacking the two officers inside the vehicle.
These officers have been treated and sent home.
A team of officers are currently looking for the robbery suspects.
