Police have arrested and charged two men who allegedly broke into a temple in Lautoka and later set it alight.
Divisional Crime Officer Western, SP Vijay Singh has confirmed that the two have been charged with Arson and Sacrilege and will appear in the Lautoka Magistrates court this afternoon.
SP Singh said the two who are in their early 20's were arrested after a massive manhunt and have admitted to police that they allegedly broke into the temple searching for money.
The two were arrested through information received from the members of the public yesterday.
