Police are awaiting the post mortem report of the 57 year old unemployed man who was found dead in Namadi Heights yesterday morning.
According to Assistant Police spokesperson Corporal Suliano Tevita, a post mortem is expected to be conducted today.
The deceased was discovered by his neighbor at around 7am yesterday with multiple head injuries.
It is believed that the man was drinking at his home with his friends on Saturday night and they later ended up in a nightclub in Suva.
He was last seen near a taxi stand in Suva and was found dead at his home yesterday morning.
