Police are awaiting the post mortem report of a 57 year old Labasa farmer who died after allegedly raping a form three student on Wednesday afternoon.
Divisional Crime Officer Northern ASP Luke Rawalai confirmed they will start questioning the family members of the deceased once they receive the post mortem report.
Rawalai said the deceased allegedly raped the girl while she was studying in her house.
The man had earlier served a 5 year term in prison for raping his daughter in law.
