Police are still awaiting a formal report from the military before investigating Ratu Inoke Takiveikata.
Spokesperson ASP Ulaiyasi Ravula said they are still awaiting a complaint before taking any further steps.
Director CID Waisea Vakamocea is expected to comment in the next hour.
