The challenge for the Pillay Garments shield between the Army Green and the Police White in the Suva Rugby competition this afternoon is dubbed the mini Sukuna Bowl.

The Army has defended the shield for the past 9 challenges and this afternoon a win for the soldiers will see them retaining the cup for a second year in a row.

Suva official, Etonia Radrodro said both sides boost national reps players like Iliavi Satala, Iveri Lavo, Dale Tonawai, Jim Volavola, Jeke Lailai and Mosese Vasuitoga for the Army team.

Radrodro believes the Police team will be their biggest threat as they have also named players like Samu Bola, Samu Kunanitu, Amani Bosenawai and Waisale Beci in their line-up.

The Army and Police match will kick off at 3pm at the TFL Stadium.
