CID officers are now transcribing an interview that was to be aired by the Fiji TV in their Close Up program last night.

Media Liaison Officer Atunaisa Sokomuri has confirmed that investigating officers are trying to establish whether inciteful comments were made by Suva Lawyer Rajendra Chaudhry and Close Up Show Host, Anish Chand.

Sokomuri said they will establish later today whether the two will be brought in for questioning.

The Close Up was not aired on Fiji One last night. A team of officers led by Director Operations Waisea Tabakau went with a search warrant and obtained the tape containing the recorded program.

Police claim they received credible information from someone at Fiji TV that the tape contained inciteful comments.
