Police are currently analysing the original recordings obtained from Fiji Television in which Suva Lawyer, Rajendra Chaudhry and Fiji TV News Editor, Anish Chand are alleged to have made some inciteful comments.
Police Spokesperson, Ema Mua confirms their CID Officers are now assessing each statement of the interview before any further steps are taken.
Mua adds there is a possibility that the programme may be stopped from being televised tonight.
Meanwhile Fiji TV's News Director, Mereana Kitione said they have not decided as yet if the Close Up programme will be televised and a decision is expected in an hours time.
Rajendra Chaudhry said earlier that he will not comment on the matter at this stage.
