It was a pleasant surprise for Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama as the Fiji military forces marching band and senior military officers turned up at his residence this morning to wish him happy birthday.
Military Spokesperson Lt. Colonel Neumi Leweni said they turned up at the PM=s house with the band and gifts from the officers of the RFMF.
Lt. Colonel Leweni said the PM than decided that the cake be given out to the Children at the CWM children’s ward and to the residents of the old people’s home to join Commodore Bainimarama in the celebrations.
Leweni said they will not reveal how old Commodore Bainimarama has turned today.
