From next year players will not be able to switch from Futsal soccer to 11 a-side soccer at district and club level in Fiji.
This has been revealed by National Technical Director, Saiyad Ali who says the step has been taken so that players specialise in their own respective codes.
Meanwhile, Ali said the National Futsal side has started preparations for the OFC Futsal Championship and they will be seeking help from a former Australian Futsal coach in the tournament.
The OFC Futsal Championship will be held at the Vodafone Arena from the 8th to 14th of August.
