The Digicel Fiji 7's team head coach Alivereti Dere has stressed that the players recovery will need to be monitored closely.
After the naming of the 12 member squad this morning, a few key players were not included in the last two legs due to injuries and lack of fitness.
Dere said that Osea Kolinisau was injured on Saturday in training while Lepani Botia was not picked due to lack of fitness.
Three players have been recalled.
They are Joji Ragamate, Setefano Cakau and Suva winger Vilitati Sokiveta.
The side will be captained by Setefano Cakau.
The 12 member team: Setefano Cakau, Nemani Nagusa, Jasa Veremalua, Ulaiyasi Lawavou, Leone Nakarawa, Benito Eremasi, Joji Ragamate, Samisoni Viriviri, Sakiusa Gavidi, Vilitati Sokiveta, Donasio Ratubuli and Emosi Mulevoro.
The Scotland 7s will be held on the 4th and 5th of next month where Fiji is pooled with Australia, Argentina and Spain.
