The Cup quarterfinals are set as we are just hours away of witnessing what is expected to be an enthralling final day of action at the 2013 Hong Kong Sevens.
Digicel Fiji Sevens team coach Alifereti Dere said despite their unbeaten run during the pool stages, the players will now have to step up if they want to retain the title.
Dere also said that vice captain Osea Kolinisau will start from the bench after copping two yellow cards.
Meanwhile, USA Sevens champions South Africa and the New Zealand Sevens champions England have been relegated to the Bowl, it was defending champions Fiji and New Zealand progressing to the Cup as the only unbeaten sides left in the main competition.
In other quarter finals, at 3:48pm Wales will meet Canada, at 4:09pm Portugal will face Kenya, at 4:30pm Fiji will play Australia before New Zealand will tackle Samoa at 4:51pm. The first match for Hong Kong 7s today begins in the next hour.
The Cup semis starts at 8.06 pm while the Cup final will be played at 11pm.
