A change in attitude is needed in camp.
That is the message from the Digicel Fiji 7s team management to the 24 member training squad as the side prepares for the next leg of the IRB World.
Assistant Coach Joe Savou said many of the boys needed to realize that their place in the team has not been guaranteed as complacency has crept in.
Savou added that since many of them are working together for the first time, another weakness he and Coach Iliesa Tanivula has noticed is that the boys have to learn to work together.
Meanwhile, in a bid to improve their match fitness, the Japanese national 7s team is currently playing a friendly match against Red Rock at Albert Park.
The Hong Kong 7s will be held on the 25-27th of this month and Fiji has been drawn into Pool D with Kenya, Russia and Malaysia.
