Digicel Fiji 7s coach, Alifereti Dere and Etuate Waqa are keeping their fingers crossed that other players not included in the Barbarians team will be given a chance to play in the Uprising Fiji International 7s.

Players like James Brown, Jimilai Nakaidawa, Lepani Botea, Apenisa Natabua, Isaac Bainivalu, Isimeli Taqea and Timoci Senate can team up with a club who will participate in the Uprising 7s.

Assistant coach, Etuate Waqa said like any other players taking part in the tournament these players will need to prove that they can be part of the team to the next IRB 7s.

The Fiji team that was named yesterday in the forwards, Sekonaia Kalou, Apisai Domolailai, Nemani Nagusa, Samu Bola, Setefano Cakau and Dale Tonawai.

The back line have players like, Iliesa Nadau, Osea Kolinisau, Metuisela Talebula, Livai Ikanikoda, Jone Tiko and Jo Nasilisili.

Dropped from the last leg of the IRB 7s are James Brown, Emosi Vucago and Jimilai Nakaidawa who are all still considered for the next leg of the IRB 7s in NZ and USA.

The Uprising Fiji International 7s will be held at the TFL Stadium next weekend.
