The manager has the authority and power with him when it comes to decision making.
Those are the words of Digicel Fiji 7s coach, Josateki Savou after former 7s captain, Emosi Vucago stated in today's daily that the Team manager Talemo Waqa should be blamed for the loss in the last leg of the IRB 7s series.
Savou said that Vucago as a former skipper should know that the manager laid down the rules which the players have to abide by during the tour.
He added the manager has to also answer to the FRU board when the team returns.
Vucago has accused Waqa of treating them like an age group team and also of interfering in Coach Iliesa Tanivula's work.
