All the players from the last leg of the World Series except for Waisea Nacuqu are highly likely to be retained for the USA and New Zealand 7s when Coach Ben Ryan names his final 12 member team in the next hour.

In the forwards Samu Saqiwa, Semi Kunatani, Pio Tuwai, Benito Eremasi and Leo Naikasau have a high chance of making the trip while former skipper Lepani Botia who looked fit and trim may force his way back in the team.

Former national rep Apisai Domolailai, national Under 21 lock forward Marika Vunibaka and newcomer Viliame Mata may also make the cut.

Osea Kolinisau will no doubt retain his place along with Samisoni Viriviri, Emosi Mulevoro and Donasio Ratubuli.

With Waisea Nacuqu out there is a high chance that Flying Fijians halfback Henry Seniloli or Vucago Banitabua will replace him but Ben Ryan earlier said that Kolinisau, Benito Eremasi, Viriviri and Emosi Mulevoro can cover the halfback and playmaker’s position as well.

Asked if he will make many changes Ryan said that will not be the case.

Ryan will name his 12 players in the next hour.

Stay with us for that.
