“Play for health.”
That is the message from Police Commissioner Brigadier General Ioane Naivalurua to senior officers at the Fiji Police Inter-District Soccer Tournament today in Nasova.
Naivalurua challenged his officers and told them to think of all the work that they will be able to do if all is well in their health.
He added that there will be no limit to what they can do if all officers play sports to keep healthy as they will all have the power to do anything.
The tournament comprises of two pools, pool 1 comprising of Western Division, Headquarters, Southern Division and Eastern.
Pool 2 comprises of Western Division 1, Ready Action Unit, Totogo and Northern Division.
Meanwhile, the rugby team to represent police at the Sukuna Bowl meet will be named after the police soccer finals on Friday.
