The Water Supply Department, with the assistance of major stakeholders is in the processes of trying to identify ways to improve the quality of water supplied to homes around the country.
A special workshop currently being conducted, targets to assist the Water Supply Department identify the risks to water sources and factors which contribute to pollution.
Senior Water Engineer Samuela Tubui said they have pinpointed various problems which pose a risk to our water sources.
Tubui adds that they are trying to identify the cost factor in trying to improve water quality.
The Workshop ends tomorrow.
