As the second school term begins today, teachers and students are reminded that good planning is the essence of good performance.
This is the message from Interim Education Minister Filipe Bole who said school staff is encouraged to plan well for the second term while students are advised to plan a study program for themselves.
He said while public exams occur in the third term, the second term needs to be a time of concentration and commitment.
Bole also said schools need to be reminded that there should be a balance between academic work and sports.
