Former Vodafone Fiji Sevens and Fifteens coach, Wayne Pivac has been appointed as the new coach for Welsh based club the Scarlets.
Pivac took over from Simon Easterby who has been appointed as Ireland rugby’s forwards coach.
Pivac joined the Scarlets as assistant coach in July.
Pivac has coached Auckland, the Flying Fijians to the Pacific Nations and was also coach of the Fiji 7's side which won the 2005 Rugby World Cup Sevens.
