People living in areas along the Suva/Nausori corridor need to start filling buckets, pots and tanks as there will be a planned water shut down tonight.
Divisional Water Engineer Central Eastern, Sereicocoko Yanuyanurua said the shutdown is due to pipe works on the Laqere Bridge.
Yanuyanurua added the inconvenience caused is regretted and the Water Department will try to normalize things as soon as possible.
Motorists have also been warned that there will be some traffic disruptions on the Nausori bound lane and drivers are advised to use Princess Road if you're travelling to Nausori.
Again those places to be affected by this planned water shutdown, Nepani, Nadawa, lower areas of Nadera, Wakanisila, Kalabu Village, lower areas in the Rewa Delta, Narere and areas near the Laqere Bridge.
