Petrol Prices Rise Again
This has been confirmed by the Prices and Incomes Board who have stated that the increases are due to the movements of product prices for the month of November 2007.
Motor Spirit will now cost $2.05 per litre, an increase of 14c from $1.91 cents, Premix Outboard Fuel will now cost $2.03 per litre, an increase of 14c from $1.89 cents, Diesel will now cost $1.78 per litre, an increase of 13c from $1.65 while Kerosene will now cost $1.57 per litre, an increase of 19c from $1.38.
The PIB has stated that apart from service station operators, retailers of premix and kerosene are advised that their retail price will increase only but only when they buy new stock.
Also traders and consumers, please be advised that the increases in prices that have just been mentioned, will be different in other centres due to the difference in cartage costs.
