New Zealand Foreign Affairs Minister Winston Peters has questioned the credibility of the Draft of the People’s Charter released by the NCBBF.
In an interview with Radio New Zealand, Peters said no such changes can be introduced without recalling Parliament.
Meanwhile, Australian High Commissioner to Fiji, James Batley has refused to make any comments on the Draft of the Charter.
