The Permanent Secretaries reshuffle has now been confirmed.
Speaking from Sydney this morning, PSC Chairman Dr Mohammed Yunus said Former Navy Commander and current Immigration Director Viliame Naupoto will now become the acting Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office.
Current Permanent Secretary at the PM's Office Parmesh Chand is expected to be the new PS at PSC.
It has been confirmed that the PS for PSC Taina Tagicakibau will be the Permanent Secretary for Public Enterprises and Tourism.
Ross Ligairi is the Roving Ambassador.
Fiji Development Bank Chairman John Prasad will be the new Acting Permanent Secretary for Finance while current PS for Finance Peceli Vocea will be the new Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs.
The new Director of Immigration will be appointed later.
