As the first ever meeting of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji is set to get underway next Wednesday, the Ousted Prime Minister, Laisenia Qarase said the outcome of the meetings will be worthless and invalid.
Qarase believes that the key players like the SDL Party are not part of the National Council and questions how the new People's Charter can be implemented if it is unconstitutional.
Meanwhile Interim Prime Minister, Commodore Frank Bainimarama who is Co-Chair of the council and the minister responsible for the People's Charter for Change is expected to comment later.
