The head of the Technical Support Secretariat of the National Council for Building a Better Fiji (NCBBF) John Samy said the deportation of Fiji Times Publisher Evan Hannah has affected in some ways the work they have been doing regarding the proposed People's Charter.
Samy said any major actions which the interim government takes would have a bearing on the work of the council.
Samy also said the NCBBF is committed to complete its work on the Charter by October this year.
