All those people that have signed up with other Government Employment schemes will have to re-sign with the National employment center.

That is the revelation by the Director National Employment Centre Viliame Baledrokadroka who said that once the Decree was Gazetted last year, this has seen other schemes like the National Youth Service Scheme becoming out phased as a result, those under the schemes will have to resign.

Under the NYSS, close to eight thousand youths had signed up and underwent life skill training, Baledrokadroka said they will all have to go through training all over again.

Baledrokadroka stressed that it is only under the National Employment Centre that people will be secured in terms of attachment and therefore they need to sign up again.

The National Employment Centre has been launched in the North with a total of 5,300 unemployed people fifteen years and over already signed up nationwide for training.
