People will be charged if they are alleged to have broken the laws of Fiji.
Those are the comments of Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum after the Australian Foreign Minister criticised Fiji for detaining people.
Sayed-Khaiyum said there will be no preferential treatment.
