With eleven cyclones predicted to form in the Pacific region, the DISMAC office said people must not be complacent and be prepared for anything.
Acting Director Pajiliai Dobui said in the past, people have been caught off guard, and this is irrespective of the fact that numerous awareness on preparedness is carried out, and the consequence of being complacent has been disastrous.
Dobui said they are also closely monitoring the unusual weather the country has been getting for the past few months.
