The Fiji Human Rights Commission believes that it would be good for people to talk about the proposed changes to the Electoral Act and the Draft People's Charter.
Chairperson Dr Shaista Shameem said one has to remember that making changes to the Act is just a proposal at this stage and the People's Charter does not exist at this stage.
She said it is just a matter of discussing it.
