People must first understand how the Accidents and Emergency Unit works in hospitals.

These are the words of CWM General Manager Dr Eloni Tora with regards to concerns raised on the lack of timely service delivery at the ANU.

Tora said what a lot of people don't understand is that most Accident and Emergency Units around the world have a Triage System to go by, whereby the most severe cases are seen first, while the less severe cases can take up to 24 hours to be tended to.

Tora added complaints about service delivery or the lack of it must be sent in written form to him before he can further comment on the matter.
