The Sanatan Dharam Pratinidhi Sabha Fiji has noticed that people doing Diwali shopping are not spending as much as they did in previous years.
Sanatan Dharam Secretary Kamal Sharma said the high prices of goods and services are taking its toll on the businesses and consumers.
He also raises concern that not much fireworks are sold for people to celebrate Diwali this year.
