Those are the sentiments of Fiji Council of Social Services Executive Director Hassan Khan in light of the Fiji Red Cross Society revealing it does not supply food rations to people affected by the floods.
While commending the Red Cross for their work so far, Khan said their excuse about these floods not being a natural disaster is absurd.
