Those were the words of the Permanent Secretary at Prime Minister's Office Lieutenant Colonel Pio Tikoduadua when asked by reporters who else, apart from Former Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka had received the letters.
Lt Colonel Tikoduadua said with the stopping of these government pensions, people in the rural areas will have better use of this money.
