Police have charged a 62 year old pastor from a settlement in Labasa for allegedly indecently assaulting a 10 year old girl last week.
The alleged incident is believed to have happened on Thursday when the pastor allegedly touched the girl's private parts inside his house.
The matter was reported to police by the mother of the girl after she heard about the alleged incident from some relatives.
The pastor is expected to appear in court on Tuesday.
