Police have arrested and charged a pastor in Labasa who is alleged to have raped his 17-year-old daughter over a period of time.
Divisional Crime Officer Northern ASP Luke Rawalai confirmed that the 50-year-old man of Seaqaqa was arrested and charged today with two counts of incest.
It is alleged that the pastor raped his daughter a number of times in 2006.
The victim reported the matter to her friends who then told police.
The man is expected to appear in the Labasa Court tomorrow.
