The past two results of the Reds and Crusaders match favors the Queensland side to win their first ever Super Rugby title in 16 years.

Both of the Reds win have been in Brisbane where they have home advantage.

Last year’s 41-20 Reds victory over the Crusaders ended a 10 match losing streak for the Reds against the Crusaders.

Coach Ewen McKenzie will be hoping that it will be a case of third time lucky against the Crusaders this weekend, as he coached the Waratahs to finals in 2005 and 2008 and both were against the Crusaders.

On both occasions, the Crusaders had home advantage and they won.

Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder said his boys have to be patient in all phases of the game tomorrow.
