Many parts in the Central and Western Division facing power cuts are expected to normalize this hour.
Fiji Electricity Authority's Chief Executive Officer Sunil De Silva confirmed to Fijivillage that a Hydro Unit at Wailoa Monasavu failed which is why parts of Suva, Lautoka, Ba, and Nadi are currently without power supply.
However, he said their engineers working on the problem and power will be restored by this hour.
