People living in Rakiraki, Tavua, Vatukoula and Sigatoka still do not have power and water supply.
It has been confirmed that the residents will only receive normal water supply when power is restored in these areas
Divisonal Water Engineer, Western Taito Delana said there are problems with the Tavua Treatment Plant and while there is limited water supply, they have stored it for essential services.
Delana said water supply has normalized in Ba and Nadi while Lautoka residents are filling up their buckets with rain water.
Water supply is expected to normalize in the Central and Eastern divisions later today.
Divisional Water Engineer, Samuela Tubui, said they could not provide water supply to all the affected areas last night because they did not want their pumps to break down.
