The parents of 5 year old Shavneet Kumar claim they did not agree to switch off his Life Support Machine.
Shavneet's mother Radhika Kumar says they were planning to take Shavneet for overseas treatment and had asked the doctors for his medical report yesterday to send it to a doctor in Australia.
She says they will wait for Shavneet's post mortem report on Monday before taking legal action against the hospital and medical officials. She claims the life support machine her son was on, was tampered with yesterday by a person believed to be working for CWM Hospital.
Shavneet who was in a coma for over a week passed away at 1 o'clock this morning.
Meanwhile, questions have been sent to the Hospital authorities and a statement is expected to be released later today.
