Parents need to take urgent action tomorrow if they have been severely affected by the recent floods and need assistance to send their children to school.
Save the Children Fiji Chief Executive Chandra Shekhar said they will receive the $135,000 cheque from Legend FM's parent company, Communications Fiji Limited tomorrow however they are already identifying children who need urgent assistance.
He said those parents of those children who need education assistance should take these steps now.
Shekhar said they are also working with the Education Ministry to check which areas need urgent assistance.
