A concerned parent has expressed frustration in the delay by the Ministry of Education to order all schools on Viti Levu to remain closed today as hundreds of children had already started to make their way to school this morning.
Tamavua resident George said both the Ministry and parents must make quick and informed decisions to ensure children do not get stranded without transport in such emergency situations.
