Suva businessman Ben Padarath, who is charged with allegedly concealing false government documents, is expected to appear in the Suva Magistrates Court on the 4th of April.
Padarath was produced in court before Magistrate Kaweendra Nanayakkara earlier this week.
He is represented by lawyer Rajendra Chaudhry.
Charges are expected to be read to Padarath in a later court sitting.
